Pastor's Retreat
Five Days of Rest, Community, and Encouragement for Pastors
In pastoral ministry, your work rarely fits into normal rhythms. The work doesn’t end when the office closes. For many pastors and church leaders, ministry is a 24/7 calling.
Pastoral ministry carries a unique set of responsibilities, roles, and expectations. You lead, teach, counsel, manage, respond to crises, and care for people—often all at once.
As you’re constantly caring for others, it’s easy to postpone rest or overlook it altogether.
Sometimes what’s needed is simply the opportunity to step back from the demands of ministry for a moment. A break. Fresh perspective. Time and space to reconnect with God, with others, and with yourself.
Every pastor needs space to rest, be heard, and be encouraged. A place where they don’t have to be responsible for everyone else.
For over 25 years, we have helped thousands of Christian leaders find healing and renewed hope. Our Pastor’s Retreat was created specifically for pastors and others serving in pastoral roles.
This five-day retreat offers emotional, relational, and spiritual support to pastors who want to sustain healthy, life‑giving ministry.
This retreat brings together:
- Seminars that address the unique challenges of pastoral ministry
- Small groups guided by experienced facilitators
- A rhythm of rest, reflection, and community with other pastors
Our Pastor’s Retreat offers more than time away. It offers a way forward.
Alongside's Pastor's Retreat is a place to experience rest, encouragement, and pastoral community so you can return with renewed strength for your family, your church, and yourself.
