Traveling By Car

When making travel arrangements, please plan to arrive at our facility between 12:00 and 3:00 on the first Monday of the retreat, and plan to depart on the last Friday afternoon following the conclusion of the retreat. While it may be more convenient for you to have your own car while staying at Alongside, we also have a ministry car that we loan to our guests for local trips.

Traveling by Air

If you are using the airlines, we can provide a shuttle between our facility and the Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo airports for an additional fee (Kalamazoo is closer to our facility and is preferable).  Please be sure to send us your flight information well in advance.

For departing flights, please schedule a flight leaving no earlier than 2:00 on the last day of the program. Other travel arrangements are possible, and we will attempt to accommodate any transportation needs that you have.
