Information about fees

The fees for our programs are as follows (all fees include both program and lodging):

Two-Week Program

• Single - $2,500
• Couple - $3,500

Three-Week Program

• Single - $3,500
• Couple - $5,000

Our fees cover all instructional sessions, group counseling, personal counseling, and housing.  We also offer a prompt-pay discount; if your bill is paid in full within 30 days of the conclusion of the retreat, we will deduct 10% from the cost of the retreat.  Since our counselors are licensed, a portion of your counseling fees may be covered by health insurance; please contact us for details.  We have also found that quite often our guest's church, denomination, or mission board has funds available to pay all or part of the remaining cost.  Finally, due to the generosity of numerous supporters who do not want to see any pastor or missionary prevented from coming to Alongside solely because of cost, we offer need-based scholarships which are available from our scholarship fund.  These scholarships are awarded according to your income bracket and are based upon fund availability.
