Child Care

For those who have children under the age of 12, we are able to arrange competent on-site childcare for an additional fee of $75 per child per week ($225 per child for a three-week retreat).  This childcare would take place in your private living quarters  and is available during all of our program hours.  Please make sure to let us know that you will need child care when applying for a retreat.

When the adults in the family are in pain, often the children experience pain as well.  With that in mind, counseling sessions can be arranged for children.  We have a counselor on staff who has special expertise in working with children and adolescents, and he can be available to meet with your child(ren) for counseling while you are at Alongside.  Please let us know that you would like to schedule this when applying for a retreat.
