Goals
Our desire for Alongside is that God would use our ministry as an instrument of healing, of restoration, and of renewal for the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ. With that as our foundation, we have the following goals in mind for our guests:
Place
We offer each of our guests a safe place, a place of rest and peace, a place of privacy in a confidential community, a place of healing and grace.
Process
We walk with our guests in a process of healing and growth, a process designed specifically to help people in ministry identify and understand significant issues in their lives, a process that helps them pursue physical, relational, spiritual, and emotional healing.
Preparation
We prepare our guests for future success in life and ministry by equipping them with the necessary skills for personal spiritual growth, for a healthy life/ministry balance, and for overall ministry effectiveness.
