Timothy Boyd, PhD.

Tim and his wife Anita both serve as part-time adjunct faculty for Alongside.  Tim has had a career as a psychologist and a professor, and since 1990 he has devoted himself to full-time ministry with those in missions. He has served as the Clinical Director of Link Care Center in Fresno, later developing a branch of Link Care on the East Coast, and has also directed a counseling and retreat center for pastors and missionaries in Pennsylvania called the Tuscarora Resource Center.   Tim also continues to work with Mission Training International as part of their CODAR program. Together, Tim and Anita have served on the counseling team of Wycliffe Bible Translators, and are now living in Florida and serving with Barnabas Ministries, where they seek to use their gifts, experiences, and passion to provide member care services to missionaries and their families.
