Deb Flook

Deb has been married for 32 years to her husband Ed, and together they have over 20 years of experience in church ministry.  They have two adult daughters, both of whom are married, and Ed and Deb love spoiling their five grandchildren!  Deb has worked for 13 years with Open Hearts Ministry, which is a ministry that trains leaders to facilitate small groups for those who have been wounded by childhood abuse.  Deb has traveled internationally with this ministry, and she loves hearing people's stories.  For the past three years, she has coached people in the practice of long-term healthy cooking and eating, and has hosted "Simply Done" meals in her home to teach principles of healthy eating rather than of dieting.  Deb also loves to knit, and co-owns Eco-Foam insulation with her husband.
